The second in the “good deeds” series of television commercial for Liberty Mutual produced by advertising agency Hill Holliday. Like the first edition of the ad, it features strangers doing good deeds for strangers, which inspires onlookers to do the same.

The song is “The Part Where You Let Go,” by Hem. More information about the band can be found at their MySpace page here: http://www.myspace.com/hem

    No matter if they …
No matter if they are a bad company or not they made a great idea for this commercial, it’s brilliant.

This commercial is great. I like the “Half an Acre” one better (maybe it’s the music).

I hope they continue to air these.

    Oh Please! Go buy …
Oh Please! Go buy their insurance and then get by them. Read your policies! Most of us get them in the mail and file them. We never read them until we have a claim.

This company tried to get me to sign off on a claim for $8K. They new it would cost at least $25K. Homeowners “buyer beware”. Hold your ground and file a lawsuit.

Never believe the adjuster, never believe their ads, how pretty they are! Hire a “public adjuster”.

They are trying to feed us “sour” milk.

    this commercial …
this commercial illustrates these verses very well:
    Love thy neighbors.
Do to others what you want others do to you.
    Great commercial.

    its better than …
its better than looking at a caveman, in my opinion if they spend money to make a good commerical that shows things like this vs ones that are just dumb, and use catch phrases that they themselves make or images to remind u of them. I think how they spend the money to make the advert like this one vs for instance a geico comerical should let u know how the company uses its assets.

    its hard to believe …
its hard to believe the money spent to put together such a commercial. imagine teh amount of money going to hill halliday and teh resources they also spend to produce this 60 sec. advertisement. next time you wonder how your insurance rates can be so high, youll knwo that this is one reason why. this ad has to be paid for somehow. its paid for by you and i, who pay for insurance. i love hem and the song is great, and so is all their other songs, but this certainly puts it all into focus for me.

    Doing the “right” …
    Doing the “right” thing?

Fall at work=broken neck. After ~15 years LM ADMINISTRATOR ended my Workers Comp medical coverage after deciding all it could do was “maintenance”.

The “maintenance” procs were only things that reduced the chronic severe pain to point where I could at least keep working.

LM did not respond to letters.

Now in chronic severe pain unable to work, life savings gone. SocSec disallowed disability claim because of time passed since injury even though worked for 18 years.
